2. Products & Pricing

All products are handmade traditional foods. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1,500. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have a limited returns policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details. Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Chittamma Ruchulu and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chittamma Ruchulu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
