1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all states and union territories across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us at contact@chittammaruchulu.com.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, some items may require additional preparation time. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if there is any delay.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 2–3 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order ID and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
