Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we make. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Important note: All our products are perishable, handcrafted food items. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. However, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly.

1. Return Window

Eligible return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

2. Eligible for Return / Refund

Product received in a damaged or broken condition

Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)

Product is spoiled, has an off smell, or is clearly unfit for consumption upon delivery

Order lost in transit and not delivered within 10 business days

3. Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Change of mind after the order has been dispatched

Dislike of taste or flavor (subjective preference)

Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with by the customer

Incorrect delivery address provided at the time of ordering

Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at contact@chittammaruchulu.com or WhatsApp us at +91 78429 24883 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and respond with next steps.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

6. Replacements

In some eligible cases (such as damaged or wrong product), we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion. We will discuss the best resolution with you based on availability.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order via email or WhatsApp.
